We discourage cancellation of participants course registration.
Please contact us prior to requesting a cancellation so we may try to accommodate you during other course date if possible.
Cancellations prior to 1 month of course date, Kirkwood Canoe will refund 100% of course fee minus $100 admin fee.
Cancellations 1 month or less prior to course date, Kirkwood Canoe will refund 50% of course fee due to the commitment by Kirkwood Canoe for course materials, rentals and admin, etc.
Cancellations 14 days or less prior to course date, no refund will be issued.

Please Note: If you become ill with COVID19, or you are in “self-isolation” prior to your scheduled course, you must defer your course to a future date. There will not be refund issued.
