Cancellation Policy

2021-  Should Kirkwood Canoe cancel any courses on the advice from ORCKA Board of Directors, Simcoe Muskoka Public Health Unit, or Government of Ontario due to COVID19 restrictions a full refund will be issued. 

If you become ill with COVID19, or in “self-isolation” up to 3 weeks prior to your course, you must either defer your course to a later date, or your course payment will be refunded minus $100 (admin, course material and canoe rental)

We discourage cancellation of participants course registration.

Please contact us prior to requesting a cancellation so we may try to accommodate you during other course dates.

Cancellations prior to 1 month of course date will be refunded 100% of course fee minus $30 admin fee.

Cancellations less than 1 month prior to course date will have course fees refunded minus $200 due to the committment by KC for course materials, rentals and admin, etc.
